The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a 7:00 am–3:30 pm schedule with rotating weekends. A Bachelor's degree in MLS/Med Tech or Biological Science is required, with ASCP certification or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Technology or Biological Science.
• ASCP certified generalist or categorical Technologist required; certification within 12 months if not currently certified.
• Experience not required but preferred. Non-certified applicants must acquire certification within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepares specimens for examination and performs a range of tests (chemical, hematological, immunologic, microscopic) per lab procedures.
• Runs start‑up, quality control, calibration, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on instruments.
• Assists with inventory and ensures accuracy of test results; reports to pathologists and clinicians.
• Participates in QA/QI projects and training, ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA.
