Mass General Brigham is hiring a Medical Laboratory Scientist I (Testing Personnel) to perform specimen processing, test performance, and reporting for waived and non-waived tests. Under supervision, you will work with the laboratory team to ensure accuracy and compliance with CLIA requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CLS/Medical Technology or related field and 1–2 years of laboratory experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Medical Technology, or Laboratory Sciences.
• Must have ASCP-BOC eligibility preferred.
• 1–2 years lab experience required.

Responsabilités

• Process specimens and perform tests per CLIA guidelines.
• Report waived and non-waived test results accurately.
• Maintain quality control records and instrument calibrations.
• Identify problems affecting test performance and escalate as needed.
