Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. in the United States seeks a Director, Field Analytics - Hematology to lead field-focused analytics for the NA Hematology franchise within the Strategic Field Enablement Center.

The role partners with Hematology Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and other stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights, support field actions, and improve commercial performance across claims, prescriptions, and CRM sources. Travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in life sciences, business, economics, statistics, analytics, decision sciences, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Hematology field analytics strategy and roadmap for NA.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities, risks, and performance drivers for field leadership.
• Lead analytics across KPI frameworks, launch tracking, and field execution insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Operations to translate insights into field actions.
• Coach analysts and partners on problem framing and analytical rigor.
