Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in a technical environment is ideal.
• Familiarity with hematology products is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow the assigned team schedule reliably and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Process new and replacement customer orders accurately in ERP; coordinate with support teams within 24 hours.
• Respond promptly to general customer inquiries and provide updated production schedules.
• Demonstrate cross-department collaboration and ongoing process improvements.
• Maintain high-quality standards and uphold EPIC company values.
