Bio-Techne is seeking a Hematology Customer Service Advisor to support our customer base with timely, accurate information on product availability and production schedules. You will work with internal teams to resolve inquiries efficiently while upholding company values.

The role emphasizes independent work and strong communication within a collaborative environment, with on-site duties in Minnesota and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in a technical environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with hematology products or healthcare industry is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Follow the assigned team schedule reliably and manage time effectively, including extended hours when necessary.
• Comply with SOPs and WI's and complete compliance training.
• Coordinate with other departments to support inter-departmental collaboration.
• Process new and replacement customer orders accurately in the ERP system.
