Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Hematology Customer Service Advisor to grow and maintain our hematology product customer base by providing timely, accurate information about product availability and production schedules. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries.

Onsite in Minneapolis, you will follow schedules, use ERP systems, process orders, and support multiple departments while upholding SOPs and EPIC values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Previous customer service experience in a related industry or technical environment.
• Familiarity with hematology products/healthcare industry (a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned team schedule; manage time effectively; willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Comply with SOPs and WIs in ComplianceWire, including completing compliance training.
• Learn other departments’ SOPs to support inter-departmental collaboration.
• Use ERP systems to process new/replacement customer orders, proofread/validate orders, initiate complaints and coordinate with technical support within 24 hours, and respond to general customer inquiries with updated production schedules.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement by learning multiple departmental functions.
• Maintain flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internally.
• Support other departments as needed; complete additional assigned duties.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
• Perform administrative tasks (e.g., event lunches, conference room setup/tear down).
• Meet quality standards and demonstrate EPIC company values.
