BayCare Medical Group is currently seeking a team-oriented and fellowship-trained Hematologist Oncologist to join a growing practice based at St. Joseph's Hospital-North located in Lutz, Florida. This unique opportunity is open to both experienced physicians looking to step into an already well-established practice and new graduates looking for mentorship and support within the practice.

Established Practice Collaboration:

• Join an established practice with a large referral base.
• Work alongside a skilled and experienced physician to foster collaboration.
  
  

Patient Care:

• Demonstrate an interest in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Manage and provide comprehensive care to a diverse range of patients with medical oncology and hematology needs.
• Onsite breast surgeon if there is an interest in Breast Cancer.
  
  

Call Responsibilities:

• Participate in a 1:7 call rotation.
• Provide timely and effective consultations to address inpatient medical oncology and hematology cases.
  
  

Office and Hospital Location:

• Work at one office location, in a large outpatient center located on the St. Joseph's Hospital-North campus.
• Collaborate with primary care and other surgical specialty practices on-site.
  
  

This position offers a fulfilling opportunity for a motivated physician to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care while benefiting from the support of an established healthcare organization.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility by The American Board of Internal Medicine in Medical Oncology and Hematology.
• Completion of a fellowship program in Medical Oncology and Hematology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Florida.
