Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. seeks an Electrical Helper to join our Industrial and Commercial divisions in Fort Myers, FL. This full-time, field-based role offers hands-on training and a pathway into the electrical trade, with a schedule Monday–Friday and field work.

The helper supports licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Duties include carrying tools, cutting wire and pulling cable through conduit, cleaning/work areas, preparing and breaking down job

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills and blueprint literacy are desired.
• Physical stamina to perform manual work and lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Compensation

Compensation for this role is inclusive of base pay, benefits, bonuses, incentives, and other applicable allowances. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, education, and relevant licenses.

What This Role Will Do
