A reputed staffing company is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist with fluent German skills to provide remote technical support. You will assist end users with hardware/software issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Helpdesk with German speaker remote job. Salary 7000–8000 pln gross.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to end users who need assistance with computer hardware and/or software applications, mobile devices, network, etc.
• Follow-up on closed service requests to insure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in training initiatives to new and current employees.
