Job summary

Lucayan Technology Solutions LLC is seeking an IT Helpdesk I to join our Honolulu operations. You will be the first point of contact for staff, handling Tier 1 troubleshooting and end-user support in a security-conscious environment.

You'll work under the IT Security Manager to help maintain endpoint security, DoD compliance, and reliable service delivery across Windows, Microsoft 365, and network services for staff and faculty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of help desk, IT support, or desktop technician experience preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain DoD security clearance and DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and security issues for end users.
• Assist with user access provisioning, password resets, and account management.
• Document incidents and service requests with accurate records.
