Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to support employees across macOS and Windows, SaaS apps, and device provisioning. You’ll troubleshoot, document solutions, and contribute to knowledge bases in a growing B2B SaaS environment.

The role offers a remote/hybrid setup with opportunities to own broader IT tasks as you grow, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in a helpdesk or desktop support role.
• Strong troubleshooting with macOS and Windows.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, responsive IT support via tickets and chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, account, access, and SaaS issues.
• Support both macOS and Windows devices.
• Provision and configure laptops and IT equipment.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding, including device and account tasks.
• Document solutions and contribute to our knowledge base.
• Escalate to Systems Administrators when needed.
• Maintain IT asset records.
