Job summary

TLC Engineering Solutions in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. This hybrid role requires two days per week in the office and focuses on enabling staff to work efficiently by diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware, software, and services.

You will configure and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, tablets, and monitors, manage the IT ticket system, and communicate solutions clearly to users, while supporting Azure AD and Office 365

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of IT Help Desk experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of workstation hardware and Windows Operating Systems.
• A proven understanding of Azure Active Directory and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, tablets, and monitors.
• Maintain the TLC IT Ticket system and respond to staff tickets in a timely manner.
• Communicate resolutions clearly to employees and close tickets after resolution.

The primary role of the Help Desk Technician is to configure and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, tablets, monitor and maintain the TLC IT Ticket system, which involves reaching out to staff who have submitted trouble tickets, resolve the ticket in a timely manner and close tickets after successful completion.

Qualifications You'll Need:

• A minimum of 2 years of IT Help Desk experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of workstation hardware and Windows Operating Systems.
• A proven understanding of Azure Active Directory and Office 365.
• Ability to be friendly/approachable and effectively communicate to solve problems and explain resolutions to all employees.

Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

• CompTIA A+ and / or MD-102 certifications
• Microsoft Intune experience.
