Placements24 is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Technician to join our on-site team in Paarl. You will be the primary contact for resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth IT operations. The role requires strong technical aptitude and a commitment to excellent support within the winelands region.

Key responsibilities include handling requests via phone, email, and in-person, troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks, and maintaining IT documentation and assets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting.
