Job summary

The Arc Minnesota is hiring a Helpdesk Coordinator based in Minnesota. You will help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities navigate systems, provide coaching, referrals, and resources, and cover Helpdesk shifts. The role involves collaboration across programs, developing trainings, and staying current on policy and community resources.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in advocacy, disability services, community engagement, customer service, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in plain language.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and across teams.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered advocacy, coaching, referrals, and system navigation.
• Cover assigned Helpdesk shifts and assist with additional coverage.
• Collaborate with ACE team and other Arc Minnesota programs.
• Develop and deliver trainings, workshops, and accessible resources.
• Represent The Arc Minnesota at outreach events and resource fairs.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and work plans.
• Stay current on disability policies and community resources.
