Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Fall 2026 HelpDesk Intern to join our IT team on-site at our Home Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll be the first point of contact for technical questions and troubleshooting, and you’ll assist with hardware upgrades alongside our service desk to resolve requests while developing technical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed a degree in computer science, network administration, or another computer-related field
• Prior IT-related work experience (helpdesk, technical support, or similar) strongly preferred
• Understanding of Windows and Mobile operating systems

Responsibilities

• Respond to first-level Helpdesk requests and provide technical support and problem resolution
• Coordinate with end-users through the ticket management system
• Setup, configure and test Windows images on laptops and desktops
• Configure peripheral equipment network at new workstations
• Support IT-team and organizational projects
