Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field
• 1 year of relevant experience with an associate degree
• 2 years of professional service desk or technical support experience
• CompTIA A+ and Microsoft certifications are a plus; A+ must be obtained within six months

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional technical support by phone, ticket, and remote session
• Troubleshoot common hardware, software, network, and account-access issues
• Support technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and macOS
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions clearly and accurately
• Keep customers informed throughout the support process
• Partner with senior technicians and engineers when issues require additional expertise
• Learn new technologies while building real-world IT experience
