Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Windows OS desktop support to users.
• Install and support Microsoft Office Suite.
• Install and support printers and scanners.
• Install and support desktop hardware.
• Set up and configure desktops.
• Patch Windows desktops and migrate PCs.
• Support mobile devices and VOIP handsets basics.
• Dispatch service tickets and escalate when needed.
• Support network deployments and remote users.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base.
