Responsibilities

• Track and monitor support issues to ensure timely resolution
• First point of contact for all service requests in a Microsoft Remote Desktop environment
• Support Windows 10 laptops/desktops
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems using the ticketing system and knowledgebase
• Record and document the help desk process from issue to resolution
• Assist in achieving system objectives by evaluating data and options
• Analyze and resolve problems with core business applications
• Manage inventory of stock items (PCs, parts, peripherals)
