The successful candidate must have prior IT Service Desk operations experience. This role provides on-the-job learning and mentorship. Responsibilities include serving as the initial point of contact, gathering and analyzing user issues, providing technical support for hardware, systems, and applications, navigating application menus, remote troubleshooting, and resolving network connectivity issues.
