• Keep the technology Creativity service humming through Spokane Valley's holiday traffic surge.
• Own the mission-driven Mentoring subsystem that the rest of Industrial Excellence Corp quietly depends on.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements proactively.
• Refine and maintain microservices that support Industrial Excellence Corp customers in Spokane Valley, WA.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features end to end.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions.
• Turn vague technology tickets into crisp, testable Microsoft 365 Administration acceptance criteria.
