Job summary

Vann Data is seeking a Tier 1 help desk technician to be the first point of contact for business clients across various industries in the Daytona Beach area. This entry point into managed services and AI enablement will have you learning the stack client by client, answering quickly, fixing what you can at first touch, and escalating when needed.

You should bring 1–2 years in a help desk or a strong aptitude and interest, with familiarity in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Outlook,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a help desk or support role, or strong aptitude and real interest with no MSP background.
• Exposure to Intune, Windows Autopilot or Group Policy is a plus.
• CompTIA A+ or MS-900 certification, held or planned, is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 help desk support for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Exchange Online.
• Respond to user tickets, perform initial troubleshooting, and fix at first touch.
• Assist with onboarding clients and creating knowledge base articles for the team.
• Support remote access, VPN and basic security awareness as part of the queue.
