Job summary

Peraton is seeking Help Desk Technicians to support the SITEC-3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance contract. The role is based in Camp HM Smith, HI, delivering end-user support for USSOCOM contexts 24x7x365.

You will handle incidents, service requests, and user assistance with a focus on reliability and security. Applicants should meet DoD requirements including a Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI, and DoD 8570.01-M IAT II certification.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Background in information systems, network operations, or related IT fields.
• Experience managing or supporting a help desk in a multi-user environment.

Responsibilities

• Create tickets in the ITSM system and track resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and repair end-user devices; install and troubleshoot software.
• Re-image hardware and maintain user accounts and file access.
