Job summary

Insight Global is assisting a Katy ISD area school district in staffing a Level 1 Service Desk Associate. The role requires daily onsite presence, handling parent and teacher calls with a focus on customer service, and triaging tickets from the virtual assistant system.

The position involves helping with enrollment, class schedule access, password resets, and guiding users through online portals. Training is provided onsite, and this is a full-time, on-site opportunity.

Job Description

A School District in the Katy ISD area is looking for a Level 1 Service Desk Associate. This person will take calls from parents or teachers where they will be responsible for providing excellent customer service support. They will also take tickets from the virtual assistant that parents call into and help resolve those tickets. Common issues they will assist with are people needing help with enrollment, gaining access to their class schedule, resetting passwords, help navigate students and parents through he different online portals. Upon starting this role, the Service Desk Associate will be provided an onsite training to ensure they have all the tools and knowledge to be successful. They will be required to sit onsite every single day as remote work is not an option. This role requires onsite work daily Monday-Friday for 8 hour days (8A-5P). This position pays $16/hr.
