Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology preferred; if not, an Associate degree with 4 years related experience.
• 2+ years of IT help desk experience or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive working knowledge of computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Works independently and with team to identify complex and routine computer-related issues.
• Serve as a technical support professional assisting teams across departments.
• Installs hardware and software, including new equipment and applications.
• Coordinates with Cyber team to enforce data and software security policies.
• Maintains PCs, networks, printers and peripherals with routine maintenance and upgrades.
• Acts as point of contact for all OT/CNC plant technology from deployment to support.
• Provides one-on-one coaching on technology when necessary.
• Delivers high-touch, personalized technical support to executive and VIP users.
• Performs additional duties as assigned or changed over time.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Works independently and with team members on identifying various complex and routine computer-related issues
• Serve as a technical support professional, helping teams in various departments troubleshoot technology issues
• Installs hardware and software systems, including new equipment, software applications, and other tools commonly used by the company
• Coordinates with the Cyber team in enforcing company policies to promote data and software security
• Maintains installed PCs, networks, printers, and other peripherals with routine maintenance and upgrades
• Act as the point of contact for all OT//CNC plant technology, from deployment, reconfiguration, and support
• Performs one-on-one computer coaching on technology when necessary
• Deliver high-touch, personalized technical support to executive and VIP users, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution of issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (preferred). If not, an Associate's degree in a related field plus 4 years of job-related experience
