Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 help desk support for PCs, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software, perform diagnostics, and coordinate repairs.
• Log incidents in ticketing system and communicate with users.
• Assist with on-site support and remote assistance as needed.
• Support AD password resets, VPN, and imaging tasks.
