DI is looking for a Help Desk Manager in Quantico, Virginia. This is an onsite position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The CODIS Help Desk provides CODIS software application support to the worldwide CODIS Community. The Help Desk offers technical advice and troubleshooting for supported configurations and assists laboratories with general IT issues affecting CODIS.
  • Support all CODIS software applications and related services, supporting a user base of approximately 3,000 users, with expected growth of at least 10% during the contract period.
  • Manage Help Desk Tickets.
  • Develop a Help Desk Training Plan covering CODIS, networking, active directory, and other relevant topics.
  • Support for up to four major versions of each CODIS software application (CODIS, SAPS, and CRE).
  • Provide Help Desk services from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm EST.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • At least five (5) years’ experience as a help desk manager in a similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and experience with software.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with the latest Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • One (1) year experience with and knowledge of CODIS is preferred.
  • Top secret security clearance.
