Position Overview
This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in staff management, recruitment, and Help Desk/Service Desk operations. Candidates should have at least five years of experience, including two years of specialized expertise, and a relevant bachelor's degree. One or more certifications, such as MTA, MCSA, MSCE, or Apple Certified Support Professional, are required. The ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance is essential, with ITIL v3 or higher certification preferred.
