Qualifications

• Must meet all eligibility requirements to register to vote in Texas.
• Two or more years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn all election content outlined in the Help Desk manual.
• Provide excellent customer service to the election workers of Harris County.
• Assist other election departments as needed (projects/ Front desk backup).
• Multitask between phone, typing, and reading from the manual.
• Arrive on time for shift.
• Know when to ask for support or clarity.
