Job summary

TEKsystems in Knoxville, TN is seeking a contract-to-hire IT Support Specialist to image, deploy, and support desktop and laptop computers, manage device assets, and act as the final line of end-user support for Windows, Office 365, and hardware issues. Your team will coordinate to resolve incidents promptly and maintain IT inventory.

This onsite role requires familiarity with Active Directory, printers, Office apps, and incident tracking.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with listed technologies is acceptable; not required to know every item.

Responsibilities

• Imaging and deploying desktop and laptop computers and managing assets.
• Respond to end-user IT tickets for Windows, business apps, and hardware issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Responsibilities include Imaging, deploying, supporting both desktop/laptop computers, asset management of these devices. They are the final line of support for all tech issues and must be able to work as a team to solve issues as they arise. They will also respond in a timely manner to general incident tickets for end user-related support issues regarding Microsoft Windows, business applications, and hardware problems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
