Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or banking experience required.
• Post-closing or mortgage experience preferred.
• HELOC or closing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Meridian Link and Salesforce is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business apps.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Team player capable of collaborating with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Verify signed HELOC closing documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify trailing documents after recording and capture missing items.
• Facilitate corrections with bankers following closing.
• Book HELOC loans through workflow after the recission period ends.
• Fund disbursements and mail payments to creditors per closing documents.
• Send Credit Line Mortgage documents to county for recording and assist with corrections.
• Receive and track original closing packages and log mail to support HELOC.
• Log recorded documents and upload to imaging system (Image Center).
• Understand and apply bank policies, procedures, products and services.
• Assist with scanning/indexing documents as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with internal partners and team members.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
