Upstart, the digital-first AI lending marketplace, is hiring a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing for Emerging Products and channels. You will own and scale HELOC media buying across SEM, paid social, display, and emerging channels, overseeing setup, bidding, and creative testing from ground up.

You’ll partner with Product Marketing, Analytics, and Creative to launch campaigns, test audiences and messaging, forecast budgets, and drive efficient customer acquisition while preserving strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital media buying

Responsibilities

• Own and scale HELOC media buying across SEM, paid social, display, and emerging performance channels
• Scale HELOC performance marketing engine, establishing channel strategy, testing frameworks, and best practices
• Drive efficient, incremental customer acquisition by optimizing bids, budgets, audiences, and creative to hit targets
• Design and run rigorous experimentation programs across keywords, audiences, creatives, and formats
• Manage and forecast significant media budgets, balancing growth and efficiency
