Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation is seeking a T56/Helicopters System Safety & Reliability Engineer in Indianapolis, IN. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science or Engineering with 2+ years in statistics, probability and reliability prediction.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• Experience with T56/501 and/or Helicopter engine products is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety management processes and principles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Understand degradation and failure mechanisms to eliminate or reduce hazards.
• Develop models using deterministic or data mining techniques.
• Assess design solutions for safety and reliability impact across components and systems.
• Support safety analyses (FHA, FMECA, System Safety Assessment) and FRACAS in development and service.
