Qualifications

• Must hold FAA Rotorcraft Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating is required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 2,000 total flight hours; 1,500 helicopter hours.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours and 1,000 turbine helicopter hours.
• 200 night flight hours (aided or unaided).
• Preferred: B407 aircraft experience; HS diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely with medical team to designated locations.
• Maintain aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals and FAR/Med-Trans rules.
• Keep accurate regulatory and company records; coordinate with dispatch and crews.
• Provide timely shift change information per Med-Trans procedures.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Pilot Incentives

• $88,759 - $97,635
• 15K Sign on Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus Plans ($40,000 after 3 years, plus additional retention bonuses once completed)
• 7/7 Schedule

We’re hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services to Med-Trans customers. Safety is a key pillar of our services.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keepingEffectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training
