Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring a Helicopter Pilot for Med-Trans medical air transport. The role features a full-time schedule with a 7/7 rotation, on-duty housing, and significant signing and retention bonuses.

You will ensure aircraft readiness, support a medical transport team, and maintain regulatory documentation in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate, instrument rating, Class II medical, and extensive helicopter flight hours.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours and 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely with a medical team to and from locations.
• Maintain aircraft readiness and comply with FAR and Med-Trans requirements.
• Keep Med-Trans and regulatory documentation up to date.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot and team.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readinessas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Med-Transrequirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateMed-Trans and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successive pilotandteam followingprotocol forrecordingMed-Trans change boarddetails
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training
