Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring a HAA Pilot for a full-time opportunity in a high-stakes air medical environment. The role involves flying with medical teams to transport patients safely, ensuring aircraft readiness, and maintaining regulatory documentation.

Qualified candidates have a rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate, instrument rating, and extensive helicopter hours, including PIC and turbine time, with a current FAA Class II medical certificate.

Qualifications

• Current rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours required.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours required.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours required.
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours required.
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities with a medical team.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals, FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
• Maintain Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record-keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change info to the next pilot and team following recording protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
