Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transport services for Med-Trans customers. The role emphasizes safety, aircraft readiness, and regulatory compliance across dispatch and flight operations.

Candidates must hold a Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate, helicopter instrument rating, and meet strict flight-hour minimums. The pay range is generous with bonus opportunities and relocation considerations where applicable.

Qualifications

  • 2,000 Total Flight Hours required.
  • 1,500 Helicopter Hours required.
  • 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours required.
  • 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours required.
  • 200 Helicopter Instrument Hours required.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport customers with a team of medical experts.
  • Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and records.
  • Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
  • Provide shift change information following protocol.

We’re hiring aHelicopter Pilott o provide medical air transportation services to Med-Trans customers. Safety is a key pillar of our services.

Responsibilities
  • Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
  • Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FARand Med-Trans requirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
  • Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
  • Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recordingMed-Trans change boarddetails
  • Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training
MinimumRequirements
  • Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
  • Helicopter instrument rating
  • Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
  • 2,000 Total Flight Hours
  • 1,500 Helicopter Hours
  • 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
  • 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
  • 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
  • 200 Helicopter Instrument Hours (Actual/Hood/SIM) 50 Hours Actual WX in Aircraft
Preferred Qualifications
  • EC135 Aircraft Experience
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher
  • Upload your Pilot License and FAA Medical Certificate
