Job summary

Med-Trans is hiring a HAA Pilot to provide medical air transportation services. The role requires a rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate, rotorcraft instrument rating, and a current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.

You will join a team of medical experts to ensure safe transport and regulatory compliance across missions. The position offers a salary range of $94,084–$103,493 including a 6% geographic modifier, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus, $40,000 retention plan after three years, a $5,000 IFR

Qualifications

• Current rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Rotorcraft instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided).
• 50 Hours Actual WX in Aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details.
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Preferred Qualifications

• EC135 Aircraft Experience
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher
