Job summary

REACH Air Medical Services in Cody, WY is seeking a Helicopter Pilot to provide critical medical air transport services. You will join a team dedicated to safe, timely patient transport under high-stakes conditions.

Responsibilities include ensuring aircraft readiness, maintaining accurate flight and regulatory documentation, and effective coordination with dispatch, crews and facilities. A rotorcraft FAA Commercial certificate, instrument rating, medical certificate and substantial flight hours

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 2,000 helicopter flight hours.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours.
• 1,000 turbine hours.
• Minimum 200 helicopter night hours.
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear.
• Previous Airbus AS350/ H125 or similar aircraft experience preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches and maintain aircraft cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate Company and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Company change board details.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Starting salaries from $110,949 - $122,044 25% geo modifier included, not additional.
• 15K Sign-On Bonus upon completion of new hire pilot training
• 40K Retention Bonus after 36 Months in the GMR Pilot Retention Bonus Plan
• 7/7 Schedule

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Company requirements, and maintain aircraft cleanliness
• Maintain accurate Company and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift change information to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Company change board details
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training

Minimum Requirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 2,000 helicopter flight hours
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours
• 1,000 turbine hours
• Minimum 200 helicopter night hours (aided and/or unaided)
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear

Aircraft Experience

• Previous Airbus AS350/ H125 or similar aircraft experience preferred, but not required.
