Job summary

REACH Air Medical Services is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide critical medical air transport. Starting salary range is $106,511–$131,807, including geo modifier, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus after training and a $40,000 retention bonus after 36 months.

Additional benefits include off-duty housing and a consistent 7/7 schedule. You will transport patients with a team of medical professionals, ensure aircraft readiness, and maintain compliance and records while continuing training.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• Minimum 2,000 helicopter flight hours.
• Minimum 1,000 helicopter PIC hours.
• Minimum 1,000 turbine hours.
• Minimum 200 helicopter night hours.
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear.
• Airbus AS350/H125/H130 experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches and maintain aircraft cleanliness per manuals and FAR/Company requirements.
• Maintain accurate Company and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Company change board details.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Minimum Requirements

Aircraft Experience

• Previous Airbus AS350/ H125 / H130 or similar aircraft experience preferred, but not required.
