Job summary

V2X Inc. in Cheyenne, WY seeks an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on UH-1N and MH-139 helicopters, ensuring compliance with SOPs and the PWS. Hands-on work across airframe, engine, avionics, electrical and hydraulics.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, FAA A&P certification or relevant experience, able to obtain DoD secret clearance, and hold a valid US driver's license. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• FAA A&P certificate or 1 year hands-on aircraft experience required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD secret security clearance.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on UH-1N and MH-139 helicopters and related equipment in accordance with SOPs and PWS.
• Applies technical knowledge to diagnose malfunctions and restore equipment to operation.
• Conducts in-flight checks and vibration/track testing.
• Documents all inspections and maintenance in IMDS.
• Maintains hangar, grounds, and supports safety and FOD prevention.
• Travel as required for assignments.
