Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Contract Quality Improvement Analyst to support development and maintenance of quality improvement projects and reporting from the Miami area. The role involves auditing medical records, producing actionable reports, and assisting management with improvement plans.

Ideal candidates hold a related Bachelor's degree, familiarity with quality methods, and strong analytical skills. This is a fully remote contract based out of Miami, FL, with a pay range of $19–$20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Heavy chart monitoring and auditing of medical records.
• Monitor production of quality results reporting; analyze, track and trend results.
• Formulate and prepare ad-hoc and additional reporting requirements.
• Recommend, develop and implement quality improvement plans with management.
• Train providers and staff in methodologies and tools of continuous quality improvement.
• Prepare for and participate in meetings with State agencies, providers and stakeholders.
• Perform audits to meet state and internal requirements.

Description

Position Purpose: Support the development and maintenance of quality improvement related projects and reporting. Respond to quality improvement inquiries.

Education/Experience

Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality CPHQ preferred. 3 years of related experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
