TEKsystems is hiring Health Information Management Clerks to work on site assisting a client based in Hershey, PA. The role supports EPIC go-live and HIM workflows, requiring healthcare front desk and phone experience.

Responsibilities include handling calls, verifying patient data, and processing release of information. Schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays; pay ranges $20.00–$22.00/hr for this contract-to-hire position.

Qualifications

• Experience answering healthcare calls and front desk tasks.
• Familiarity with high-volume healthcare phone workflows.
• Ability to verify patient information and manage calls.

Job Description

• Professionally answer incoming calls, assist patients, and other requestors.

• Obtain verbal authorizations according to established procedures after training.

• Navigate electronic medical record systems to locate patient information.

• Assist with Release of Information requests and related workflows.

SHIFTS/HOURS AVAILABLE

Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm- 1 Saturday a month when needed!

PAY

20-22/hr. (based off experience)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hershey, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
