Job summary

P3 Health Partners in Omaha, NE seeks a Supervisor Quality HEDIS Stars to lead a team of Regional Quality Coordinators in improving HEDIS and CMS Star performance across markets.

You will translate strategy into actionable work plans, monitor gaps, perform analytics in Excel, and present results to leadership and health plan partners. The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office three days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in healthcare quality, HEDIS/Stars, or related operations.
• Minimum 1 year in lead or supervisory capacity.
• Experience with quality performance reports and gaps data in Excel.
• Ability to communicate performance to staff, providers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Regional Quality Coordinators with coaching and workload planning.
• Operationalize quality strategy into clear workplans and daily activities.
• Monitor gap closure and data capture to meet targets and deadlines.
• Perform routine analytics in Excel and standard reporting tools.
• Present updates to leadership and health plan partners; escalate risks.
