Job summary

Imperial Health Plan of California, Inc. is seeking an experienced HEDIS/Stars Coordinator II to support NCQA HEDIS and CMS Stars activities. You will coordinate data collection, validation, and reporting, ensuring timely submissions and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with QI teams, IT, and provider offices to improve healthcare quality. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of Cozeva are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ experience supporting HEDIS®, AMP, or other performance program preferred.
• Or at least 3 years’ experience working in an IPA/MSO/Health plan or general healthcare quality environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HEDIS data collection and submission per NCQA guidelines.
• Validate HEDIS data accuracy and review Cozeva/EDI reconciliation reports.
• Stay updated on HEDIS and Stars specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of HEDIS activities and results.
• Review HEDIS data reports to identify trends and gaps for provider partners.
• Prepare and maintain HEDIS reports for management and provider partners.
• Update training materials on HEDIS measures and procedures.
• Collaborate with providers, IT, and QA teams to ensure data collection and reporting.
• Coordinate meetings for HEDIS/Stars activities and inform invited parties.
• Adhere to payroll and time-keeping policies; maintain attendance.
• Support HIPAA compliance and overall program integrity.
