Job summary

P3 Health Partners is seeking a Healthcare HEDIS/Quality Operations Coordinator to manage quality initiatives and oversee projects focused on HEDIS and gap closures. You will coordinate with clinics, engage patients, and monitor data for performance improvements.

Reporting to the Market VP with National Quality Manager support, this hybrid role requires travel within the region and strong collaboration with providers and pharmacies to optimize care quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in healthcare-related fields.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Electronic Health Records experience required.
• Medical terminology knowledge required; CPT II codes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality operational initiatives and special projects.
• Provide telephonic outreach to patients, providers, and pharmacies.
• Coordinate across departments to close quality gaps (HEDIS/Star).
• Support data collection from medical records and claims.
• Lead quality events and present updates to affiliate groups.
