Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an AIS Hedge Fund Portfolio Services Director in IM Ops to lead operational support for a global hedge fund program, covering primary investing, co-investing, secondaries and loans.

You’ll develop expert knowledge of multiple portfolios, coordinate with external providers, and sign off on NAV and performance data while guiding valuation and cash management activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Prior hedge fund investment accounting experience is required.
• Experience with Investran, Alteryx, Power BI and/or UI Path is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME within functional area and manage processes, risks and projects.
• Oversee third-party service providers and maintain portfolio activity in AIS's accounting system.
• Prepare NAV and performance-based information and verify investor capital balances.
• Support portfolio management activities including valuation, cash management and investor activity.
