Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in operations; experience with accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of hedge funds, private equity, or fund of funds investment accounting or derivatives, or experience with Investran is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to summarize findings clearly in writing and verbally.
• Strong relationship management and communications skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly motivated; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Oversee portfolio investment, subscription, redemption, and cash activity across multiple PSG portfolios and custodial relationships, ensuring timely settlement and liquidity management.
• Deliver portfolio analytics, performance reporting, and actionable insights while responding to complex stakeholder inquiries.
• Provide governance and oversight of third-party service providers responsible for portfolio accounting activities in systems like Investran.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of portfolio transactions and valuation data through rigorous oversight of investment activity and pricing processes.
• Lead periodic reconciliations of transactions, valuations, and NAV allocations between internal records and third-party providers.
• Oversee cash management and reconciliation across custodial relationships, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.
• Prepare and review portfolio performance reporting for investment teams and clients, leveraging valuations and derivatives activity.
• Manage compliance monitoring, identifying potential breaches and escalating as appropriate.
• Support regulatory, financial, and fund audits; participate in valuation governance and board/committee reporting; contribute to new product launches and strategic initiatives.
