Job summary

Atlantic Group in Stamford, CT, is seeking an experienced investment operations professional to support day-to-day trade booking and lifecycle management across fixed income, repo, and other securities.

You will coordinate with fund administrators and custodians, manage reconciliations and corporate actions, and look for improvements to controls and processes to reduce manual work. This role requires 4–10 years of investment operations experience and is based on-site in Stamford.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the investment platform, including trade booking across fixed income, repo and other securities.
• Manage portfolio and fund operations: reconciliations, balance sheet, expenses, accruals, and breaks with admins and custodians.
• Track corporate actions, process mandatory/voluntary events, proxy voting, and DWAC-related re-registration.
• Collaborate with fund admins and custodians to resolve issues and ensure timely processing.
• Identify improvements to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and reduce manual workflows.

Job description

• Support the day-to-day operations of the investment platform, including trade booking and lifecycle management across fixed income, repo, and other securities transactions.
• Manage portfolio and fund operations, including position reconciliations across funds and entities, balance sheet reconciliations, expense allocations and accruals, and resolution of breaks with fund administrators and custodians.
• Track and process corporate actions, including mandatory and voluntary events, manage proxy voting, and oversee the re-registration of physical securities and DWAC (Deposit/Withdrawal at Custodian) activity from end to end.
• Partner closely with fund administrators and custodians to resolve operational issues, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance existing operational processes, taking ownership of implementing improvements, strengthening controls, and reducing manual workflows.
