Job summary

Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services is a rapidly expanding global fund administrator supporting complex hedge funds, private equity funds and CLOs. The successful candidate will support Private Credit portfolios with bank loan trade closing, lifecycle event processing, and reconciliations, delivering excellent client service daily through process execution, market knowledge and professional communication.

Ideal candidates hold a Finance/Accounting degree, have 3.0 GPA or higher, and bring strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (GPA 3.0+).
• Experience in financial services operations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties, and agents to close syndicated loan trading on ClearPar.
• Verify, process and reconcile trading and lifecycle activities.
• Monitor bank debt positions for accurate P&L reporting.
• Build internal and external relationships.
