Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist is responsible for Front to Back trade flow management. This includes trade reconciliation, position reconciliation, Broker management, trade break resolution, project build out, testing and implementation, FX, and Ad Hoc tasks.

• Position and P&L reconciliations
• Daily trade capture review and reconciliation
• Liaise with counter parties and prime brokers to facilitate lifecycle events
• Trade settlement of all trades; working with internal and external counterparties to ensure proper settlement
• Trade and position reconciliations between Flex/Arcesium/MS Admin and PBs/Counterparties
• Start of day trading desk preparation and broker check out utilizing internal and external resources
• New broker onboarding
• End of day trading check out and confirmation
• Corporate action reconciliation, management, and processing across multiple primes
• Unmatched trades and fails management across multiple primes; full trade settlement life cycle
• Support Trading desk and PM teams with ad hoc requests and issues
• Project management, seen through UAT testing and roll out to production with tech partners
• Ad hoc email response and resolution

Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr
